This depiction of IBS is only a summary of the total IBS program that includes,
but not limited to, IBS Company Principles,
IBS Affective Training Methodology, IBS Awareness
Campaigns
and, IBS Shop Talk
Program. There are other cultural/safety issues for Muslim workers
such as wearing a beard, working during Ramadan (fasting month), wearing a head
covering and loose fitting clothes that can be handled using the IBS approach
together, the employer's understanding and other Muslim Laws.
